For example, the nominal diameter of a container with an inner diameter of 1200mm is marked as DN1200. The mold design of stainless steel head is also an important part of the production process. The mold should avoid small holes, narrow grooves, and angles, and the shape should be as symmetrical as possible to ensure the quality and performance of the head.

    Production Steps

    When making stainless steel heads, a series of steps are required, including measuring the outer circumference of the head, dividing the outer circumference of the head into four equal parts, positioning welding, and welding after completing the positioning points. The maintenance of the head is also very important, including drying after hydrostatic testing, avoiding acid washing with reducing acid, complying with medium compatibility regulations, timely cleaning of welds and surface treatment, preventing surface scratches and bumps, avoiding direct contact with carbon steel, and not storing in the open air to prevent rain.
