Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) System
Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) is a set of equipment used to remove sulfur dioxide (SO2) from exhaust flue gases of fossil-fuel power plants, and from the emissions of other sulfur oxide emitting processes such as waste incineration, petroleum refineries, cement and lime kilns.
Wet Scrubber Spray Scrubber
A spray tower, also known as a wet dust collector, is a device that uses liquid (usually water or an aqueous solution containing chemicals) to contact dusty or harmful gases to remove pollutants from the gas through physical absorption, chemical reaction, or a combination of both.
Stainless Steel Packed Bed Scrubber
In order to effectively treat harmful substances in these exhaust gases, such as particulate matter, acidic gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), etc., packed bed scrubbers are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, food processing and other fields as an efficient and economical exhaust gas treatment equipment.
The Packed Bed Scrubber produced by Xinchangyuan is made of 304, 316L, and 2205 stainless steel materials, which have the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency and long service life
Venturi Exhaust Gas Treatment Scrubber
Venturi Exhaust Gas Treatment Scrubber, is a wet dust removal device consisting of a Venturi tube condenser and a mist eliminator (or gas-liquid separator). It uses the Venturi effect (i.e., the gas speed increases and the pressure decreases when passing through a contracting pipe, and the speed decreases and the pressure increases when passing through an expanding pipe) to fully mix the dust-laden gas with the scrubbing liquid (usually water) under the impact of high-speed airflow to achieve dust capture and purification.
Sulfuric acid plants Wet Electrostatic Precipitators WESP for air pollution control system
Wet electrostatic precipitator is a device that achieves efficient dust removal through electrostatic action combined with wet cleaning mechanism. Similar to dry electrostatic precipitator, WESP also relies on high-voltage corona discharge to charge dust, and then under the action of electric field force, the charged dust is attracted to the dust collecting electrode. However, in terms of cleaning method, WESP adopts a more unique wet cleaning method, that is, a conductive film is formed on the surface of the dust collecting electrode by spraying or overflowing water, so that the deposited dust is washed away by the water flow.
