    Product Introduction

Stainless steel tube heat exchanger is the most widely used heat exchanger in chemical and alcohol production. It mainly consists of shell, tube plate, heat exchange tube, head, baffle plate, etc. The stainless steel tubular heat exchangers produced by our factory are made of materials such as 304, 316L, 254SMO, 1.4529, etc., which have excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and easy cleaning characteristics.

Working principle of stainless steel tube heat exchanger

The heat medium of a stainless steel tube heat exchanger is introduced through the inlet of the connecting pipe on the cylinder, and flows through various flow channels in a tortuous manner to the outlet of the connecting pipe. The cooling medium, on the other hand, adopts a dual pass flow, that is, the cooling medium enters half of the cooling pipe through the inlet through the water diversion cover, and then flows into the other half of the cooling pipe through the return cover and into the water diversion cover and outlet pipe on the other side. During the dual pass flow process, the cooling medium absorbs the waste heat released by the heat medium and discharges it through the outlet, keeping the working medium at the rated working temperature.

    Performance characteristics

The structure of stainless steel tube heat exchangers is relatively simple, compact, and inexpensive, but the outside of the tubes cannot be mechanically cleaned. This type of heat exchanger tube bundle is connected to a tube plate, which is welded to both ends of the shell and connected to a top cover. The top cover and shell are equipped with fluid inlet and outlet connections. Usually, a series of baffles perpendicular to the tube bundle are installed outside the tube. At the same time, the connection between the tube and the tube plate and the outer shell is rigid, while the inside and outside of the tube are two different temperature fluids. Therefore, when the temperature difference between the tube wall and the shell wall is large, due to the different thermal expansion of the two, a large temperature difference stress is generated, which can cause the tube to twist or loosen from the tube plate, and even damage the heat exchanger.

    Application Scenarios

In the field of light industry, it is widely used in industries such as textiles, food, papermaking, and pharmaceuticals for cooling, condensing, heating, and preheating. For example, various waste liquid heat recovery, heating, cooling, condensation, sterilization of various medicinal liquids and pure water, etc.

Heavy industry: Heating, preheating, cooling, and condensation in metallurgy, steel, electricity, machinery, petroleum, ships, and other industries. For example, cooling of hydraulic oil, quenching oil, lubricating oil, heating of fuel oil, cooling of various rolling mills and extruders, and so on.

Chemical industry: cooling, condensation, heating, etc. of chemical solvents, wastewater, etc. For example, heating, cooling, evaporation, and condensation of various inorganic acids, bases, and salts; Drying tower cooler; Cooling formaldehyde water, etc.
